Acceptance of Terms

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one active ibayar88 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a breach of these Terms. ibayar88 may merge duplicate accounts, void bonuses received through duplicate accounts, and close all accounts belonging to the same individual, retaining the oldest account only at its discretion.

3.3 Account Security

4.1 Accepted Methods

4.2 Minimum Transactions

4.3 Processing Times

4.4 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your ibayar88 account originate from a legitimate source and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. ibayar88 may request evidence of the source of funds at any time and may suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory explanation.

4.5 Withdrawal to Original Method

ibayar88 follows anti-money laundering best practices and may, at its discretion, require that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Bonuses & Promotions

ibayar88 may offer bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses must be actively claimed before the stated expiry time unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.

Game Rules & Betting

Each game available on ibayar88 — including live casino titles, slot games, sportsbook markets, and Toto 4D — is governed by its own set of game-specific rules published within the game interface or on the relevant product page. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay matters; these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.

ibayar88 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where:

• There is evidence of a technical malfunction that materially affected the outcome of the game or round.
• A bet was placed in error, including at manifestly incorrect odds published due to a technical error.

All bets placed on ibayar88 are final once confirmed by the system. Players may not cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where specific cancellation rules apply (as stated in the sportsbook or Toto 4D rules).

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ibayar88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
